| The story starts about ten years ago when we first started with the idea of
travelling the world when we retired from full time employment. We had travelled
parts of Europe by caravan for years and started to look at the idea of travelling the US
and Canada. Our first experience was with a hired 22ft Class C motorhome from
Cruise America with which we toured the Canadian Rockies for three weeks. A very
enjoyable holiday, but the experience raised a number of points which we are now
able to carry forward in our future requirements.
We also started to gather contacts and information through Americans and
Canadians we met through the traditional dance and music scene so that we now
have friends and advisors in most states and provinces. We bought a number of books
